Christmas Eve in Brunswick is promising to be a rainy affair with heavy rains predicted overnight, although temperatures are in the low 60’s and predicted to be in the 70’s Christmas Day. We attended Christmas Eve services at the Methodist church in town with cruising friends. It was a packed house! There will be a cruiser’s Christmas Dinner tomorrow hosted by the marina, with each couple bringing a pot luck dish, and the marina providing turkey, ham and beef. I doubt anyone will leave hungry! We’ve been meeting some of the other cruisers here in the marina, many of whom we’ve passed a number of times in our travels. It’s interesting to meet and share stories. There are many cruising boats in the marina, some have gone home for the holiday, others have remained to spend the holiday on board. We’ve already been home to celebrate the holiday, so we’ll be spending Christmas Day on board.
Merry Christmas to all!

Merry Christmas from Toowoomba, Australia. Highs in the 80s lows in the 60s. We are headed north (toward the equator) 475 kilometers to Bundaberg today. Have a great cruise. We are looking forward to joining you next year.
