Maerin is currently in bay #5 at Osprey Marine Composites for repairs to collision damage sustained on April 16 when a boater fell asleep at the wheel during the day and collided with Maerin while she was in her slip. Repairs are nearly complete, and in the next week she’ll be rolled out of the bay and onto the pad where the bottom will be soda blasted in preparation for barrier coating, and a new coat of bottom paint. She’ll also get a buff & wax, and some varnish touch-up, then she should be back in the water by the 4th of July! Finally!
